Opened in 2007 on the premises of a former printing shop in the « Passage des Panoramas ». Racines was relaunched in late 2017 by Simone Tondo, who coined the style "Bistrosteria" - offering a cuisine between his grandmother Marisa’s recipes and the techniques of new Parisian bistros. An experience that places the customer at the heart. Named best "Bistrattoria" by the Fooding in 2019, rewarded a Michelin star in January 2019 as well as « best hostess » from Omnivore in May 2019.
At Racines the kitchen lives in the everyday, the seasons are told by the ingredients, full of intense flavour, championing artisanal craftmanship. The team transforms the produce with recipes from Sardinia, Italy and Paris.
